On Friday, the Year 2 children went to Westfield Park as a reward for sending in the most Healthy Selfies last half term. The competition has now started again for this half term, so please remember to email your Healthy Selfies to admin@westfieldinfants.co.uk.

Great Athlete Visit - Jenny Wallwork

Commonwealth badminton player Jenny Wallwork visited our school on Monday. She led a sponsored fitness circuit with all pupils, followed by a motivational assembly, and Q&A session. The aim of the event was to inspire the pupils to be more physically active, but just as importantly, encourage them to discover and pursue their passion in life.

Thanks to everyone who supported the children with sponsorship. Please return any money by 5th May which will be used to buy sports equipment for school.

Multiskills Festival

Reception children building confidence, strength and balance in PE

Reception had an amazing time in PE. The children loved exploring the apparatus, climbing, balancing, and jumping with confidence. It was wonderful to see their excitement as they developed strength, coordination, and a sense of adventure.
